In Between depicts my internal experience during quarantine as the COVID-19 pandemic takes hold of the world. This vision is characterized by a thin veil of the “almost normal”. I seek to capture the suspended reality and the new filter with which I observe my environment. This slower and unusual existence is hard to define and impossible to reverse. Uncertainty is portrayed as living between two uninhabitable places, creating a third space, bordering the strange and the extraordinary. This series expresses that border.

Entremedio representa mi experiencia interna durante la cuarentena mientras la pandemia de COVID-19 se apodera del mundo. Esta visión se caracteriza por un fino velo de lo “casi normal”. Busca captar la realidad suspendida y el nuevo filtro con el que observa su entorno.​ Esta existencia más lenta e inusual es difícil de definir e imposible de revertir. La incertidumbre se retrata al vivir entre dos lugares inhabitables, creando un tercer espacio, al borde de lo extraño y lo extraordinario. Esta serie expresa esa frontera.
